Where will my banner ad be displayed?
On 50StatesClassifieds.com, click on any classified ad. Below the classified ad, you will see a "Check out these great deals" section, where the 468x60 ads are displayed. Your banner ad is also randomly rotated on all category and subcategory pages of our website. In addition, it will be randomly rotated on the front pages of over 50 other classified advertising websites that we own.

If I hire you to design my 468x60 banner ad, can I use it on other websites too?
468x60 pixels is the standard size for banner ads on most websites. However, some websites offer different sizes depending on what works best with their website layout. We can design any size banner that you need, and it can be used on any website you wish. Just tell us how many pixels high by how many pixels wide you need the graphic to be and what you want it to say!.

Why do the banners change every time I load a page?
At any given time, there are usually between 10-25 people who have purchased banner advertising. All ads in the banner pool are loaded randomly whenever a page is loaded. So if there are an average of 700 visitors to our website a day, and if each visitor looks at between 10-15 pages each, then in theory, no visitor will ever see the same banner ad twice.

How many people will see my banner ad?
Your banner ad will be randomly rotated on our website with the other banner ads, until it has received the number of impressions you purchased. In other words, if you purchase 1000 banner ads, then it will be displayed randomly on our website until it has been loaded 1000 times. Most of these will be unique visitors, but if someone looks at 30 or 40 different ads in one visit, then they might see your banner ad 2 or 3 times depending on how many other ads there are to display.

How long will my banner ad run on your website?
It is impossible to predict, because the number of visitors to our site varies daily.
I'm not very good at putting together math problems, so forgive me if the below equation is a bit confusing:
If there are 700 visitors per day for 10 days straight, and each visitor looks at one page only, then 7000 total impressions are used in that 10 day period. Now, divide 7000 by the number of banner ads currently in rotation. For the sake of our equation, we'll say exactly 7 banners. That would mean that each banner received approximately 100 impressions per day. Multiply that by 10 days, and it equals 1000 impressions for each banner.

However, life is not really that simple. We can't predict the exact number of visitors that will see the site every day or how many pages they will look at in one visit. We can't predict exactly how many people will buy banner ads, what quantity they will buy, or on what day of the week they might do so. We can't predict that your add will run for exactly X amount of days if you buy exactly X amount of impressions. With that in mind, based on the average number of visitors and advertisers, we would estimate that 1000 banner impressions will *usually* last for 5-7 days.
