Found May 1980 Unidentified Female

Please help! Jane
Doe was found May 30, 1980 floating in a ditch
just off Interstate 90, a few miles east of Blue Earth,
Minnesota. Her description follows:
Gender:
Female
Approximate Height: 5' 3"
Approximate Weight: 128 lbs
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Unknown
Age: 15-28 years
Identifying Marks:
Overbite, left ear pierced, right
ear piercing unknown, both feet heavily calloused, teeth
showed some crowding.
The man who confessed to her murder, did not know who she was, but thought she may have mentioned Oregon.
Please help! If you know who she may be or even think you may know something at all connected to her case please please contact Deb at 507-525-1841. (I am a private citizen and just want to find her family, and give her a name.) Please help!
