The BB Dakota Anderson Dress could be worn to work with a little cardigan or for weekend fun.  A size small measures 26″ down the center of the back. This Anderson dress is 97% Cotton  and 3% Spandex. Note:  unfortunately,  this Anderson Dress runs SMALL (size 0 model above is wearing a Small and she told us it was hard to get on and tight)  The bust  and shoulder areas are especially tiny so  if you are above a B cup this Anderson Dress may be too tight for you.  The Anderson Dress is available in sizes XS - L  XS=0,  S=2,  M= 4-6  L= 6 - 8
