One Head Chef and one Assistant Chef.
Both positions require living at camp from mid June through September, a love for working with children, creativity, flexibility and prior experience in food service.
Basic Requirements:
Head Chef must be at least 21, have extensive prior food service experience with large groups, have prior supervisory experience, have knowledge of proper nutrition and meal planning, have ability to order food and cleaning supplies for kitchen needs, and possess current food handler's card.
Assistant Chef Chef must be at least 18, have prior food service experience, possess current food handler's card.
